The annual Portmeirion lunch was held today in North Wales. Fifty three ex LRI nurses gathered at the Portmeirion Hotel and enjoyed good company together with a three course meal of pork pate, roast salmon with asparagus and fresh peas and a passion fruit and chocolate mousse dessert.
The weather was kind to us and for the second year running we were able to sit outside in the sunshine, enjoying the spectacular views and catching up with old friends.
