I am writing to inform you that Historic England is now promoting our Topical Press Agency Medical Collection. Over 2,000 images have so far been digitised and are now available to view online, including photographs of hospitals in Liverpool.
Following our research and your assistance, we were able to interview four former nurses who trained and worked at some of the hospitals featured in the collection, one of whom trained at Liverpool Royal Infirmary.
